I have accompanied +150 individuals and small groups through deep mystical experiences — from extended meditation and somatic practices rooted in 30 years of personal practice, to carefully held transpersonal encounters for those called to go further. My path began with Benedictine Monk and Zen Buddhist Master Willigis Jäger at age 17, deepened through a Kundalini awakening at 22, continued through study in India, and has been informed from my thirties on through more than a decade long Shamanic training in the Shipibo, Wixárika, and Bwiti traditions. The contemplative ground came first; everything else grew from it.
